Do you work with students?
No. Our service is designed specifically for working professionals relocating to Eindhoven for employment. We're not able to support student housing searches.
How do you charge for your service?
We charge a transparent fee that covers your entire home search, from the first viewing until you sign your rental contract. We work for you, not the landlord.
How long does it take?
Most clients sign a contract within 2–6 weeks of their intake, depending on budget and area.
Can you help before I arrive in the Netherlands?
Yes. That's most of our work. We handle viewings by video and coordinate with landlords on your behalf.
