Do you work with students?
No. Our service is designed specifically for working professionals relocating to Eindhoven for employment. We're not able to support student housing searches.
How do you charge for your service?
We charge a transparent fee that covers your entire home search, from the first viewing until you sign your rental contract. We work for you, not the landlord.
What happens if you don't find a home for me?
If we haven't found a home that meets your requirements within 8 weeks, your fee is refunded in full. This applies to our Standard and Premium plans.
How long does it usually take?
Most clients sign a contract within 2 to 6 weeks of their intake, depending on budget and area.
Can you help before I arrive in the Netherlands?
Yes. That is most of our work. We handle viewings by video and coordinate with landlords on your behalf.
Which areas do you cover?
